Finger Lakes Wine Tasting Trails

The challenge when it comes to eating healthy these days is that people just don't have time to prepare the right kind of meal. If you don't choose good ingredients from the start, you'll end up expending too much energy and stressing yourself out over cooking, which would make fast food more appealing. People can benefit greatly by embracing ingredients that are a perfect mix of being nutritious, delicious, and versatile. One item that matches that description perfectly is canned salmon from Alaska. If you keep a constant supply of it in your kitchen, you'll always be able to quickly prepare a delicious meal that agrees with your diet.

After being given some history on the building, we were taken to the basement of the building, which is where the wine is made. We saw how the wine was bottled, the vats it is made in, along with the barrels it is stored in for aging. Along the way we learned how the fruit juice the winery uses gets turned into wine. Then we headed back upstairs to the wine bar to start tasting the wines.

Michelle: Nobody would notice that, but other publicists like me and other media please and anybody who's in video - would notice that JPEG's kind of grainy.

Michelle: Yes. And even though we do things at a rapid pace, I always like to do some media prep. What you want to do is you actually want to practice. So with Dr. Phil, it was in an hour show, so she didn't have to really have everything be very succinct in four minutes. But most TV shows, like Good Morning America or The Today Show - they're only gonna give you a four-minute segment.

The cheese -What goes better with wine than cheese? The valley's very own cheese factory offers daily cheese talks that take you through the whole cheesemaking process, finishing with a highly recommended cheese tasting!
